Creation of a Company
A company can be created by a number of ways:
- Companies Act 1985
- By act of Parliament
- By Royal Charter
Difference between Public or Private Limited Company?
A Public Limited Company’s stock can be bought any individual and the shareholders are only limited to potentially lose the amount paid for shares. In order to form a Public Limited Company two or more people are required assuming it has a lawful purpose.
